Be fearless. Be enthusiastic. Be ambitious.
Welcome to a different kind of work environment. As one of Australia’s leading games developers, Mighty Kingdom is redefining the way people play.
Mighty Kingdom is a place where diversity, problem solving, enthusiasm and expertise shines! We work with world recognised clients like LEGO, Disney and Moose Toys, and continue to attract leading brands in the entertainment industry.
Are you ready to join Mighty Kingdom?
Have you recently finished a course in game development, computer arts, animation, or programming within the last 12 months? Do you have Australian or New Zealand permanent residency? Perfect. We want to hear from you!
If you do not fit the above criteria, don’t stress, you may still be a good fit for us! Regardless of a person’s technical specialty, assets like problem solving, interpersonal communication and a keen desire to innovate are skills that are valuable to us, so if you are willing to study and learn, Mighty Kingdom might just be the place for you.
With a starting salary of $50,000 plus benefits and superannuation, a small group of recent graduates will join the team for a 12 month program of personalised mentorship from dedicated team members – you will be working closely with industry professionals, getting hands-on experience working in your discipline, as well as familiarising yourself with client work, and building games with both the client and target market in mind. Your time at Mighty Kingdom will get you thinking about elements outside your normal study, like monetisation methods, game design and UX, aligning to a brand, etc. At the completion of the program, suitable candidates may be offered permanent full-time employment.
